Palladian One Realty, LLC is a new and innovative real estate brokerage firm serving the Greater Washington DC Metropolitan Area. We see ourselves as real estate consultants rather than sales agents. Our mission is to provide clients, whether buyers or sellers, with greater knowledge and understanding of the real estate transaction. We believe that making the real estate transaction more transparent will enable our clients to make informed decisions based on all of the available information.

Adrian Hunnings, the owner and principal broker of Palladian One, has been working with buyers and sellers in the Washington area for 17 years. He has managed real estate offices for some of the region’s largest brokers, training new agents to serve their clients effectively and guiding experienced agents through complex transactions. He has served as the chair of the industry’s contracts committee, helping to craft and clarify contract forms to meet new regulations and disclosure requirements. He is largely responsible for the design of the DC “Property Disclosure Form” and the “Disclosure of Brokerage Relationship”, which was later adopted by the DC Real Estate Commission. He is the primary instructor for the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® education course on understanding the laws and regulations governing “agency” as applied to real estate agents. Adrian Hunnings is the 2010 President Elect of this association and is a director of the National Association of REALTORS®.

The name of our company refers to the style of architecture championed by the 16th-century architect Andrea Palladio. There are many fine examples of Palladian architecture in Washington, DC, most notably the White House and the Capitol. This style of architecture, based on the classical tradition and on ideals of function and durability, matches our belief in well-tested standards and our desire to provide efficient and trustworthy service.
